Aloe vera is super healthy

It is hard to imagine that in its home country, South Africa, the aloe plant is not a small room plant, but a strong tree that is over 32 feet in height. He has a thick reddish trunk and leaves that are full of juice. In these areas, aloe is blooming and bares fruit every year. This tree is considered to be the symbol of patience by the Arabs, so they called and aloe leaf juice saber (in Arabic saber means patience).

Aloe vera juice improves digestion

Aloe juice in small doses awakens the appetite and improves digestion, but in too high doses it has a strong purgative action. Fresh juice has a bactericidal action. When used externally (compresses and irrigation), it heals infected wounds, burns, ulcers. Cut a fresh leaf of aloe and put it on the painful spot, the pain will disappear in a few minutes. A piece of aloe leaf soothes toothaches and removes gum inflammation.

Honey and aloe against constipation

In case of respiratory illness and conjunctivitis, you can prepare some drops from the aloe juice. Aloe juice is diluted in hot water in a 1:10 ratio.

Internally, aloe juice is recommended against gastritis, enteritis, constipation, a teaspoon two or three times daily, half an hour before meals. The duration of the treatment is on average four to six weeks.

There are voices that say that aloe vera juice can be used in a total body cleanse in a short period of time. Experts say that a large amount taken during a 3 day diet would not be too good for the body. Consult a physician before doing so.
