You have created your bad eating habits over your whole lifetime. So it should be no wonder that it will take you a little time, motivation and effort to undo what took so many years to create. The good news is that you can change your bad eating habits and turn them into good healthy eating habits. Armed with this knowledge you can get to work on changing them.
A good way to change your bad eating habits is to create a list with all of them, and make a commitment to work on one of your bad eating habits each week until you get rid of it and or exchange it with a good healthy eating habit. As you strike out more and more bad eating habits you will gain momentum and the last ones will be a breeze. All you have to do is get past the first ones which usually are the hardest.
Any person that I know that successfully lost weight and keeps it off changed its eating habits. If you want to lose weight rapidly and keep it off you have to change your eating habits and acquire new and healthier ones.
