Everybody wants to be stronger, whether it’s emotionally, physically, or mentally. There are advantages to being stronger. The say only the strong will survive came about for good reason. I did a really excellent fitness routine this summer, that not only changed by body shape, strength, flexibility and endurance, but I believe it has set me on a new path for fitness that I hope to follow for a long time. I know I’ve done things before, where I changed what I ate, and tried to be good, but they only seemed to last for a short time. The trick has always been, to find a program you can stick with, and use it for life. The program I did was one called P90X, and it really worked well. I’ve been done for a couple of weeks now and am continuing to follow it as well as I can. Pretty successfully so far I might add.
