Waste Not, Want Not

If you grew up in my generation, you were raised by parents that survived the Great Depression. When they put food on the table, they expected you to eat it. Even the cartoons, hosted by one of my favorite cowboy characters, Marshall J, encouraged you to belong to the “clean plate club”.

So what do you do about fish that you cannot finish? You do not always have a choice about how much fish is going to be in the package. You buy a frozen package and you cook it.
