My Story About Achieving Vending Success

I really enjoy vending. I have a full time regular job, but eventually my dream is to do vending full time. I had hoped I would be full time by now, but so far this has not come to pass. I would love to say that it was due to factors beyond my control, but the reality is that most of it was well within my control. Sure, the economy turned bad and turned some of my previously good locations bad. Yes the bad economy has cost me a few vending machines and a few locations and yes the economy has also made getting good locations even harder, but despite all my ranting about how much harder the economy has made it for vendors, the reality is that my lack of vending success falls squarely on my own shoulders. I’d love to blame it on something else, but I’m willing to own it.

Energy Vending: Is it a Rip Off?

Right now, in the vending community, people are discussing energy vending  pros and cons. While some claim that it is a decent product that does well, you will find others who believe that it is yet another biz op scam. I will not go into whether or not it is a biz op scam but will look at what it is and whether it is a practical option. Energy vending machines are created to sell a single product and only that product. In the long it’s better to purchase machines that can carry a variety of products. It just makes good sense. The other issue about energy products that sends up red flags for me is that you can only buy them from the company that makes that product. By pigeon-holing yourself you will be at their whims in terms of availability and costs. This does not mean I am saying stay away from energy vending; it can make up a minor portion of your vending business but I would not rely on it.
